Annual Meeting and Picnic!

Join us for our first Annual Meeting and Picnic on Sunday, June 1st at The Barn at Ligonier Valley! The meeting is open to all club members and curious individuals. We will serve Burgers, Dogs, and share pot-luck-style sides and desserts.

For the business meeting portion of this event, we will share a look-back on the first year and (re)inaugural season, discuss what worked well and what didn’t, and we’ll put a few items of club business to a vote by the voting members of the club.

This will also be an opportunity for club members of all levels to ask questions, share their ideas, give feedback, and discuss the future of the club. We want to hear from you, and this is one your formal chances to tell what you want to see in our 2025-2026 season and beyond.
